The Gatekeeper of Power | Mac Hammond | LWCC

“The Gatekeeper of Power,” Pastor Mac Hammond reminded us that salvation is not just about heaven someday, but about experiencing God’s life now. While the power of God, “the same power that raised Jesus from the dead,” is available to every believer, he emphasized that “there is a difference between having the power and applying the power.” Many live saved but never access what’s already theirs because the fight of faith begins when you’re believing something but not seeing the results. Pastor Mac made it clear that victory belongs to those who refuse to quit: “If you don’t quit, you will win.” At the core of the message was this defining truth: “The gatekeeper of the power of God in the earth is the human mind.” When we become mindful of the things of God instead of the things of man, renew our thinking, and refuse to let contradictory circumstances wear us down, we open the gate for God’s power to flow, bringing real change, real victory, and the God-kind of life into our everyday world.
